private outside space with large day bed, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, beautifully maintained pool area
A small clothes rack for hanging clothes would have been a nice touch!!! The gym needs more equipment. It certainly lacked variety!!! The experience felt slightly dated, could use some modern enhancements!!!

We met top-class and caring employees.
They placed us in a family room which was modern and newly decorated. A microwave oven, a coffee maker, and a refrigerator were available in kitchen. The venue was in a central location close enough to good restaurants, money changers and convenience shops, Rama Residence Petitenget for the honeymoon and the tropical garden.

Great value for money - hardly can you find a hotel that is new and as clean located in Seminyak. Flexibility - we asked for a very late check-out due to the timing of our flight and a convenience room post check-out for us to shower and change up - the staff gladly obliged.
It is as good as it gets for the cost of the hotel and in seminyak - so I was glad with what I saw. Drawbacks - mainly if you have a late sleep-in, the rooms are not very soundproof so you can hear kids running outside.

Seminyak vibes 🌴✨
We got upgraded to a spacious suite, so lekker! Super clean room with a huge lounge and a nice outdoor area, perfect for sundowners. The staff were just amazing, always ready to help. The pool was never crowded, an absolute plus!
Only had a limited brekkie selection, could do with some more options, you know?

Ivory Resort Seminyak was pleasant and the staff were very friendly once they could understand you. I liked having the spa at the hotel which I frequented often. I would stay there again to relax and do nothing
I did not like the same thing for breakfast every morning and because of its location, you would have to go into town to get something else but that was all. My husband and I went there to relax and that is exactly what we did.

Pleasant room?
I was annoyed about the pricing. It was $255us online and I thought it had been taken from my credit card before I arrived which would've been fine. I was charged in rupiah on arrival at the rate that they chose, not what the actual rate was, so I ended up paying more. The receptionist charged me $225 @ 9000rp to $1us on arrival. It was only when I was leaving three days later that they gave me the bill for another $30us. I was upset that this issue wasn't addressed earlier. I left feeling with a negative feeling about the place

Absolutely not worth the hype, the towels by the pool were frayed, hardly what I'd expect from a place like this. The service was appalling, not once did they check if I needed anything . I expected an upgrade for such inconveniences, but no, just more disappointments. I just couldn't give a good review after that.

Beautiful surroundings, clean except dampness and mold in bathrooms (which was absolutely massive harm). Cosy environment.
Staff speaks bad english. We were first in family room and bathroom smelled horrible - bathroom was damp and there were mold. We complained and after third complaint we finally get two separate rooms - first next to family room and smelled as terrible. Other room was better. I wouldnt recommend rooms near pool. Because their bad english it was also hard to define and solve things. Laundry and spa were very expensive - if you drive 100 meters further away from the hotel, you get services at least -50% cheaper.

Everything was very good, I would recommend. I stayed in this relaxing hotel for 7 days, had real good experience, liked its ideal location close enough to all the bars, restaurants and shops of Seminyak and serving great food and Pepito Market. The vibe here was special!

The hotel is wonderful with new-fashioned rooms and a polite service. Great and beautiful location in Seminyak so close to many restaurants and cafes and the airport. Also, in partying.
